Admission to Saint Louis University is determined on a rolling basis, meaning we review and make decisions on applications as they arrive. There are three ways to apply:
Option One: Apply directly through the applicant portal.
Create an account with the SLU applicant portal. You will enter autobiographical information and answer questions about your education history. It will allow you to enter your achievements, employment and summer activities. You will also write a personal essay.
Make sure to include all required documents and add the slu.edu domain to your email safe list to ensure you receive important updates from SLU throughout the application and enrollment process.
Option Two: Complete and submit the Common Application.
Saint Louis University accepts the Common Application. You will still be asked to submit all documents required by SLU, such as your official high school transcripts and official standardized test scores.
Option Three: Download, print, complete and submit a paper application.
Download a PDF of the application for freshman admission. Complete the application in blue or black ink and mail to the Office of Admission, One North Grand Blvd., St. Louis, MO, 63103. Make sure to send in all other required documents to complete your application for admission.
Reviewing Your Application
If you’ve already created an account or completed the application (including the Common Application), you can log in to the applicant portal at any time to review it.
